Strategy and organization

Context

Mobivia Group has more than 10,400 employees divided into six activities and 13 enterprises federated by the same mission: to ensure that people can benefit from sustainable mobility. Inscribed in its DNA since its creation, the notion of good corporate citizenship has led the group to put in place a structured CSR approach since 2008, backed by all of its employees.

Objectives

  • Promote and innovate around responsible mobility.
  • Reduce the ecological footprint of the group’s activities.
  • Participate in the development of a new service economy.
  • Conduct a responsible human resources policy.

APPROACH

- 2007: signature of the UN Global Compact

- 2008: implementation of a Sustainable Development Charter, signed by all directors of the group, a true roadmap guiding all the actions of the group. This charter is built on the following performance objectives:

  • Customer
  • Human
  • Environmental and Societal

- 2012: Implementation of indicators to closely track and ultimately better manage our commitments in terms of Sustainable Development (detailed list of recycled used products, energy and raw material consumption, etc.). These indicators were established by a working group composed of the company's HR, Finance and Environment representatives, in addition to a third-party specialist overseeing responsible economic performance.

- 2013: inscription in the 10-Year Vision of the Group of section dedicated to CSR “Innovate to be an actor of the City”:

  • Commit to employment and  entrepreneurship
  • Develop eco-social designed products, services and networks
  • Guide our employees and our customers towards choices of sustainable mobility

This section was co-constructed with Mobivia Group’s internal and external stakeholders.

October 2013: creation of a CSR Board (elaboration of a CSR committee representing each activity of the Group, work on a CSR policy framework)
