Construct the Third Industrial Revolution with MACHINES-3D

6. Clients and consumers

Access to basic services

Context

Founded by two young engineers in Belgium and then in France in 2014, Machines-3D is today a specialized developer and reseller of 3D technology solutions. In 2015, Machines-3D embarked on an ambitious program to develop 2 new branches: Robots-3D and Constructions-3D.

Recently implanted in the Serre Numerique in Valenciennes, the company employs 11 people. A good work environment, direct contact with future players, local employment, and promoting efficient circuits are the main guidelines of its strategy.

Objectives

  •  Develop a system that reinforces the autonomy of Machines-3D and its customers.
  •  Create new services and products in different domains (Construction, Robotics, Medicine).
  •  Work as much as possible with recyclable and bio-sourced materials
  •  Establish a collective project in the service of all.

APPROACH

Constructions 3D : a collaborative project with a strong social impact
A true innovation project for construction, Constructions 3D seeks to build houses in 24 hours at zero marginal cost thanks to 3D printing and, whenever possible, recycled and biosourced materials.
This project seeks to apply 3D printing technologies to construction by building houses layer by layer in an automated manner, thereby reducing construction costs by a factor of 10 or even 100 in the near future.

Robots-3D:
Association founded with Nicolas Daddato, robotics researcher, to launch research on applied medicine with the founding value to give human beings a central role at the company.
The project seeks to develop a motorized glove with a 3D-printed exoskeleton to allow a road-accident victim to again use his left arm and therefore be employed again.
