PAUL is a Quality Establishment whose values have been passed down since 1889.  It is also, and above all, a family history that has been recorded for more than a century.  It is a unique story in France, where five generations of bakers have perpetuated the taste of good bread.

In 2009, PAUL is the only French bakery company that can boast at having a 120-year history.
Because of its unique history, PAUL promotes entrepreneurial values.
Its development in lease management promotes even more its values in real transmission dynamics.
