Kbane installs sustainable solutions for a healthier, more economical, and more environmentally friendly home. The store in Marquette-lez-Lille (59) offers a broad product range: from self-service (natural paints, organic gardening, water and energy savings,etc.) to the general sustainable housing projects (insulation, windows, heat pumps, wood stoves, solar panels, etc).

Objectives

APPROACH

Kbane product managers gather their product innovations that they think is interesting to incorporate into their ranges.

Several times a year, customers are invited to comment on the economic and ecological value of products.

In a product validation committee, each new product is presented to clients: functions, benefits, coherence with the Kbane concept, the sale price ... and then everyone decides on the value of the product. Very democratic, the products chosen by consumers arrive in linear manner, the ones that fail will not be considered.

In 2012, customers will vote by Internet.
