For more than forty years, Nacarat has developed expertise in company and residential real estate. A generalist promoter held at 70% by the Rabot Dutilleul independent family group holding and at 30% by Crédit Agricole Nord de France, Nacarat is implanted throughout France, as well as in Belgium and Poland. A reference in sustainability for cities, Nacarat is also committed to a corporate social and environmental responsibility approach on the basis of the ISO 26000 standard. This commitment is concretely illustrated by environmental and societal operations with high added value. Nacarat develops internal training with the Nacarat School.

Launched in November 2013, the "Nacarat School" for internal training relies on internal skills to transmit knowledge and best practices from senior to junior employees. The business pathways ("Program Manager," for instance) combine feedback and practical advice. Several modules have been developed, as well as specific business pathway overviews designed for business managers, sales managers, program managers, account managers, program assistants, etc.
Nacarat was nominated for the Training Trophy because of the high quality of its proposals during the Professional Training show for adults that was held in Lille in 2014.
