Context

Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe (CMNE), the cooperative and mutual bank, is an active regional bank that demonstrates its responsibility, solidarity and social engagement through its banking, insurance and asset management ventures.

Since 2014, employees of the Bancassurance France division of CMNE have benefited from a concierge service.

Objectives

  • Offer employees a range of daily services
  • Improve the quality of life at work, retain employees
  • Contribute to the local economy and attract new entrants

APPROACH

- via physical presence at the headquarters in Lille

- deliveries to points of sale (PoS)
