Réutec strengthens its governance to support sustainable growth

1. Organizational Governance

Context

Réutec is a company based in Roubaix, founded in 2022, that designs custom reusable packaging made from upcycled textiles. Its mission is to offer a sustainable alternative to single-use packaging by developing circular logistics solutions for e-commerce and retail companies.
With its reusable parcels, Réutec helps businesses reduce waste while optimizing both their logistical and environmental costs.
To support its growth and strategic challenges, the company has structured its governance around an advisory board.

Objectives

  • Structure decision-making with the support of experienced experts and mentors.
  • Strengthen leadership skills with the help of professionals from diverse industries.

APPROACH

Réutec relies on an advisory board composed of four business experts: two entrepreneurs, a director from the Mulliez group, and a retail consultant.
Each quarter, co-founders Pierre Malbranque and Baptiste Peru organize a review meeting to analyze achievements, challenges, and learnings from the past months. Together with the board, they define strategic priorities for the next quarter in key areas such as Business, Marketing, and Logistics.

After collecting feedback from the advisory board, the co-founders take strategic decisions “cold”, based on data and reflection, and implement a quarterly action plan.
Beyond these formal meetings, they also meet regularly with business leaders, mentors, and potential partners to challenge specific topics such as business planning, fundraising, and commercial management.

CONTRIBUTION TO COMPANY PERFORMANCE

  • Continuous learning from experts to constantly improve strategy.
  • Better-informed and more structured decision-making.

Benefits

  • Governance: strengthened decision-making processes, strategic alignment, and professionalization of management.
  • Social: enhanced managerial skills, mentoring culture, and openness to external collaboration.
